The PN-2 Type Pan Distributor from SHEPL is a high-performance orifice-type liquid distributor, designed to optimize liquid and vapor flow in industrial columns. Suitable for diameters ranging from 100 mm to 1200 mm, this conventional distributor features precisely sized orifices, uniformly arranged on its base, ensuring accurate liquid distribution and a sufficient open area for upward vapor flow.

With a standard turndown ratio of 2:1 and a typical pressure drop of 0.2 – 0.6 inches of water, the PN-2 Pan Distributor provides consistent and efficient performance. It is available in single or multi-piece construction and comes with circular or rectangular gas risers to facilitate vapor passage. Additionally, its liquid holdup capability allows for efficient operation even at very low liquid flow rates.
