SHEPL’s pan liquid distributor, a high-performance orifice-type distributor designed for optimal liquid and vapor flow. This conventional distributor features critically sized orifices, uniformly arranged on the base, ensuring precise liquid downflow and ample open area for upward vapor flow. With a standard turndown ratio of 2:1 and a typical pressure drop of 0.2 – 0.6 in water, it offers reliable and efficient performance.

Available in both single and multi-piece construction, the pan liquid distributor is equipped with gas risers (circular or rectangular) for vapor passage. It also provides liquid holdup, allowing it to operate efficiently even at very low liquid flow rates. Ideal for a variety of applications, this distributor ensures effective separation and distribution of fluids.
